Vernon Lawn Bowling Club

Social bowling times are changing starting June 25!  

Wednesday and Friday arrive before 9 for a 9:30 am start. 

Sunday arrive before 6 for 6:30 pm bowling. 

Sunday June 29 there will be no social bowling but you are welcome to come out and watch and cheer on our Triples Teams in the Almost Canada Day event.

Evening Social bowling will continue every Wednesday and Thursday evening arrive before 6:00 to begin bowling at 6:30. Thursday evening extra coaching is available for new members and those wanting to improve their game. 

Lessons are available on Thursday evenings for those wanting to try lawn bowling. Please call 250-549-4100 or emailing vernonlawnbowlingclub@telus.net to register. Cost is $15 per lesson, this will be applied to your membership once you join.

Competitive bowling Mixed Triples have started and run for 5 weeks. Check out the other events coming up on the calendar and sign up for them on the board in the clubhouse. 

Ladies Singles begin June 26 9 for 9:30 start, the sign up sheet is on the board in the clubhouse.

June 20- "Longest Day of the Year" event running from 6 -10 pm, sign up and come out and experience a variety of different lawn bowling games and celebrate the longest day.

Want to try something new? Salmon Arm is hosting an Open House on Saturday, July 5. Register ahead of time on the sign up sheet in the clubhouse. It includes one game in the morning, lunch and a game in the afternoon.
